Ahoabo offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
1. Free Shipping Within the United States
We provide free standard shipping for all orders shipped within the United States.
If your order is eligible for U.S. domestic delivery, the standard shipping fee will be displayed as free or $0 at checkout.
All order charges, including product prices, shipping fees, taxes, or other applicable charges, will be clearly displayed before you submit your order. Customers can review the total amount before completing payment.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Our order processing time is 1–3 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Order processing includes order confirmation, product preparation, quality checking, packaging, and handing the package over to the shipping carrier.
3. Shipping Time
After an order has been processed and shipped, the estimated shipping time is 5–8 business days.
Shipping time begins once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. It does not include order processing time.
4. Total Estimated Delivery Time
The total estimated delivery time is:
1–3 business days processing time + 5–8 business days shipping time
This means most orders are expected to arrive within 6–11 business days after the order is placed.
Actual delivery time may vary due to shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, address accuracy, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.
After a tracking number is issued, the shipping carrier may need time to update the package status. If tracking information is not immediately available, please check again later.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout, including name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP code, country, and phone number.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible:
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
Delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided shipping information may be the customer’s responsibility.
7. Delayed, Lost, or Delivered But Not Received Packages
If your package is delayed, tracking has not updated for an extended period, or tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please contact us.
We will assist you in checking the shipment status and help resolve the issue within a reasonable scope.
However, Ahoabo does not directly control the shipping carrier’s delivery process and is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, weather conditions, holidays, force majeure events, or other third-party circumstances outside our control.
