Ahoabo is an online women’s fashion store offering clothing inspired by everyday dressing, parties, date nights, vacations, wedding guest looks, work-inspired outfits, and special occasions.

2. Do you offer free shipping within the United States?

Yes. Ahoabo offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

3. How long does order processing take?

Order processing takes 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

4. How long does shipping take?

After the order has been processed and shipped, estimated shipping time is 5–8 business days.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

The total estimated delivery time is 6–11 business days, including 1–3 business days for processing and 5–8 business days for shipping.

6. Can I return an item?

Yes. You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

7. What condition must the item be in for a return?

The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition. It must include original tags, packaging, and accessories if applicable.

8. How do I start a return?

9. Can I send returns to the business office address?

No. The business office address is not a return receiving address. Please contact Ahoabo customer support first to receive return instructions.

10. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your refund is approved and refund processing begins, refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
