Order Cancellation Policy
1. Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:
We can only attempt to cancel an order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.
2. Processed or Shipped Orders
If your order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item, subject to our Return Policy.
3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your order is successfully cancelled, the payment will be refunded to your original payment method.
Once refund processing begins, refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
4. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
Orders may not be cancellable in the following situations:
The order has already shipped
The order has already been packed and handed to the shipping carrier
The order requires special processing
The payment or risk review process has reached a non-reversible stage
