Refund policy

Ahoabo wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with the item you received, you may request a return and refund according to the policy below.

1. Return Window

Ahoabo accepts return requests within 30 days after delivery.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your item. After 30 days, we may not be able to accept your return request.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered
The item must be in its original condition
The item must be free from stains, odors, makeup marks, perfume, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear
The item must include original tags, packaging, and accessories if applicable
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Because women’s clothing is a wearable product category, items that have been worn, washed, damaged, stained, altered, have odors, are missing original tags, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for return or refund.

3. How to Start a Return

Order number
Email address used to place the order
Recipient name
Item name you would like to return
Reason for return
Clear photos if the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective

We will review your return request. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions by email.

Please do not send any return package without receiving return authorization. Unauthorized return packages may not be accepted or processed.

4. Return Address Notice

Please note: Our business office address is not a return receiving address.

This address is for business correspondence only and should not be used for returns.

If you need to return an item, please contact Ahoabo customer support first. We will provide the correct return instructions after your request is reviewed and approved.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a personal reason, such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, not liking the item, or ordering the wrong product, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective item, we will assist you with the return process or provide a reasonable solution.

6. Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used
Items with stains, odors, makeup marks, perfume, pet hair, or signs of wear
Items missing original tags, packaging, or accessories
Items returned after the 30-day return window
Items sent back without prior authorization
Items clearly marked as Final Sale or non-returnable
Gift cards
Personal or intimate items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

7. Refund Review

Once we receive your returned package, we will inspect the item to confirm whether it meets our return conditions.

After the inspection is complete, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, such as being worn, washed, damaged, stained, missing tags, missing packaging, having odors, or being returned after the return window, we may reject the refund or issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.

8. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved, we will begin processing your refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after refund processing begins.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, Amazon Pay, or other payment service provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account. This posting time is outside Ahoabo’s direct control.

9. Refunds to Original Payment Method

Refunds are generally issued back to the original payment method used when placing the order.

If your card, PayPal account, or other payment account has changed, please contact your payment provider for assistance with receiving the refund.

10. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in certain situations, including but not limited to:

Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories
Items showing minor signs of use
Items affected by customer handling
Returns accepted outside standard return conditions at our discretion
Orders where only part of the order is returned

11. Shipping Fees

Ahoabo offers free standard shipping on U.S. domestic orders, so customers generally do not pay an additional standard shipping fee for eligible U.S. orders.

If you selected and paid for an additional shipping service at checkout, refund eligibility for that shipping fee will depend on the specific order situation.

Return shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item caused by our error.

12. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or style, please contact us to check availability.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. In many cases, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order after your return request is approved.

13. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have received a refund approval notice but have not yet received the refund, please take the following steps:

Check your bank account or payment account again
Contact your credit card company or bank
Contact PayPal, Amazon Pay, or the relevant payment provider
Allow the payment provider enough time to complete processing
